Question for local Wisconsin riders. My wife and I plan on a trip this summer on the bike to Milwaukee, go to the museum, miller brewery, etc. Every motel in the area is given a terrible rating and don't sound safe especially with a bike in the parking lot. Is there anywhere somewhat close that doesn't suck and won't break the budget? Looking at maybe $125-$150 a night. I don't mind say a 10 mile ride or so, not sure what 'burb to check out. We will be there for 3 days around mid July. Thanks.
I stayed at the Hampton at the link below. It was nice, across the street from a HD shop and fairly inexpensive. It is a few miles north of the Museum.

Any of the Oak Creek Hotels also any Airport hotels would have been fairly safe convenient location. The south side suburbs are a bit safer then the north or north west side.
