Hello all. I recently moved to the Milwaukee area. Originally from MI but spent the last 7 years riding the Blue Ridge Mountains so I'm having weather and mountain withdrawls.
Also im in the market for a new or slightly used Ultra Limited and I'm looking for a good dealer in the Milwaukee area or surrounding areas. I'm not looking to steal a bike just want a good deal and an honest dealership to build a relationship with. Any help would be appreciated.
would suggest any of the 3 area harley dealers which are company owned or look at kutters in janesville or sauk prarie which is n of madison, those guys will both deal
Ukes in Kenosha, House of Harley in Milw., Hals in New Berlin, Woodstock IL.
When you look for a nice ride go west to the Kickapoo River Valley area. Hwy 131 is some Ok riding. Not quite the Smokeys but a lot closer.
I bought my 2003 FLHTCUI in Jan '11, with 2k miles, from Racine HD. I paid $13,700, and it had the Stage 1 upgrade. I still see bikes that are for sale that price now.
The dealers around Milwaukee do have good prices compared to the rest of the state. I get my bike serviced at Al Muth, but that really is too far away for you.
Good Luck
Milwaukee H-D went out of their way to earn my business, enough so that I drove 460+ miles to pick my bike up.
As an example, 45 days after the sale when I was finally able to make the trek to pick up my bike, the Service Manager showed up 2 hours early on a Saturday morning to get me loaded up, so that I could make it back in time for a event in Columbus, Ohio I needed to be at. They will be my first call when I look to buy another bike.

Thats cool. They were very friendly when I went up there. The dealer ship is a pretty sweet set up.
