Default Pulling a motorcycle camper

I would like to know if anybody has, or is pulling one of these small trailers, and how did it work out for you as far as power, and fuel mileage. I have a mostly stock '06 Ultra Classic and need info BEFORE I pull the trigger!!!

there is a subsection for trailers

many pull trailers with a stock motor- no big deal, you just adjust speed and select the correct gear.

Looks dangerous as hell to me. And with a stock 96" motor it will be a turd on the highway.

Something about pulling a trailer behind a two wheeled vehicle scares the hell out of me. I have a truck for that

OP, more power to you and ride safe!

We travel 2UP and pull a small trailer. We have ridden the West Coast, Colorado, Tennessee with no problems. Suggest you follow MKGuitar's advice and become acquainted to what to expect when pulling a small trailer. Our gas milage decreases by miles/gallon but awfully hard to gauge accurately since terrain, weather, weight tire pressure and other factors come into play.
We really enjoy this way to travel and would certainly recommend it.
Cheers

Never done it myself but check out these. Canadian company called Leesurelite out of BC. Base model weight 235 lbs, Excel weighs 265 lbs. Saw these last year and look pretty slick how quick they set up. No plans currently to pull a trailer but if I were, I'd check them out.

Good Luck!
