Evening smitty901 .
"looks like you rear lower mount is to far forward. "
I'll have to check that out in the morning, it is a soft tail so I can only go back so far.
I got all day tomorrow to find and print out pictures of how others are done, any and all pictures would help.

This is a start for you. I have been at this awhile. The sidecar can be a lot of fun once you get it all worked out. Remember you drive a sidecar you ride a bike two different worlds.

Save your self a lot of problems .
Work on a flat floor. Take shell off. Make darn sure you bike is blocked straight up so it can not fall over, Make sure upper mount don't hit the bike when not attach they do damage. Go slow think through each step. do not over tighten anything until you have it ready to test. The mounts can be reversed , flipped over what ever you need to do to get a good fit. The rear lower is often flipped.
You will need a Steering dampener with the front end. On lighter bike and light sidecar you can get away without a rake generally. Also remove windshield unless you must have it. Creates a lot of drag. Be careful with it $200 to replace
When not working on it read this. A good starting point

Thanks again @smitty901 , I have a flat spot for this Saturday, and it's going to be dry too. More rain coming. It's in my neighbors garage. He has all the equipment we gonna need. He did ask me to get some close up pictures of other setup, then we will design and build my setup.

When they talk about lean angle. That is how far the bike leans away from the sidecar keep in mind 1 degree is a starring point. A heavier ride may need a bit more but start with 1 degree. Strap your front end so it stays in line with the frame when working on it.
Noticed you are in KY.
