Default Question about Voyager
For those of you who have the Voyager kit. Is it normal for the unit to "clank" when going over bumps/rough spots? The sound is coming from where the suspension fork sits on the bearing receiver. It also does it if you bounce on the unit when the bike is standing still. May just be a quirk of the kit but don't want to ruin anything by continuing to ride it this way. Any thoughts?

Default Voyager kit
Ours made the same noise - then it came off. We avoided serious injury because my husband has been riding for 45 years. The HD mechanic told us he has told the bosses not to sell the kits - they are dangerous. Sorry for the bad news.

Friend has a voyager kit on his 08 ultra and loves it. I have followed him many miles without an issue with the kit.
