Noob question on Hack wheels

....... if a rider wanted to change wheels on his HD sidecar, would a basic front wheel mount to the hack ? Have been looking @ used sidecars, but few have the gray 9 spoke that's on my Road Glide.

That would depend on the tire size required for the hack and the one that on your RG.

I looked in my HD parts book and the hack wheel assembly # is different from the front wheel #.

The part number to change the hack wheel to a silver wheel is # 43302-04

That's what I like. Part numbers are much better than opinions.

Sound like a great question for Hal on sidecar.com .....he's forgotten more that most people know when it comes to hacks....hell- he probably has one he'll sell ya or knows where one of those wheels are for ya.
