Saw this a few days ago. Someone needs to beat the every loving hell out of this a'hole. I'm sure that there would be plenty of contributions to his legal defense fund. Last I checked, "fightin' words" aren't protected by the first amendment and therefore you won't be violating his civil rights by beating him into a coma. He provoked you.
