The Mascot is currently with me in Minneapolis Mn. We have had no luck finding anyone to take it either east towards Madison / Milwaukee / Chicago or South towards Des Moines.
Anyone willing to meet in La Crosse Wi? or Albert Lea Mn? I would HATE to have the Mascot stuck here during winter, and we are quickly running out of riding days....
That's me on the left (Pokerstar) and Dale Schneider, the GM of Wild Prairie HD in Eden Prairie Mn.

I'm taking it that you still have the mascot with you, is that correct? I'm over here in Pennsylvania, and the weather is too cold to do a cross-country right now for a pick up.
I read in one of the other threads, that it was mailed early on. We could kick it off that way, and get it out here to the east coast and arrange to get the mascot moving again.

The mascot currently is in the 'burbs of Chicago waiting for riding weather.
According to the rules, the mascot cannot be mailed or transported via anything other than a mc.
Terry made an exception to mail it to Europe so those members there could be involved in moving the mascot across Europe. When it was brought back to the states, it moved from Washington across Canada heading eastward, ending up in the Chicago 'burbs just as the weather turned winter.
I am in Virginia and would love to get in on getting this moved around the east coast. I am planning on taking a trip towards Buffalo NY later on this year so I could always get it up that way so it can make it's way to the northeastern states.
I'm up in the Hudson Valley area of NY, a couple of hours from Buffalo. Can take it from there as I visit Vermont, New Hamshire and Connecticut quite a bit and I know a few of the Queens of the Road up in those states that would love to get in on this.
Getting the mascot to Ohio is already in the works. As soon as JR is back on the road he and I are meeting for the handoff. mikebaby I can let you know when this happens if you want to ride along.
Eve your offer might work well. What we need is someone in between you and I as an intermediary, maybe someone in Pa? What I am working on is a bit personal, but its personal to our site too. We have a member up in NH I believe who is battling cancer, and has come to the realization that he can no longer make any long rides. He is an awesome person and a long time member here. I believe it would be super cool if we could reach out to him, maybe do a hand off to him as this might be his last chance at such an honor. So since you mentioned riding up his way......let me know if you are interested. You can pm me or reach out here, whatever.
Rene, I think we will need some help finding members in Pa that might want to be that intermediary I spoke of. I, and whoever wants to participate, can move it on up that way.
I believe that is a great idea to try and let Sam get his hands on it again. If I was any place near there, I would be happy to go out of my way to see that he gets it, good luck on your idea.

Let me know please.
I'm not sure who's in PA. I can check with the Queens and get back to you.
I on the other hand am very interested in doing this. I will PM you with contact info...

Thanks. I sure hope this all can be worked out. Timing is everything...
I am embroiled in some intense family problems but will set everything aside to hold up my end of the bargain. Not sure how to contact the Pa members who might be interested.
