After a nice ride to La Crosse, WI with the wife to meet up with Fred (Pokerstar) and a few of his buddies from his H.O.G Chapter. Here is the exchange. The ride back home was something totally different. < 40*F and winds gusting to 35mph did not make it for enjoyable ride home. A few times my "starfish" puckered with fears of being blown over. All in all...its still nice to get out there and ride.
The mascot is on the move. I dropped off the the mascot to Joe, Sean and Tim at The Powder Pro (http://www.thepowderpro.com). Joe Knapp (JRK5892) is our site sponsor and couldnt be there since he is more of a night owl. Sean (in the first pic) and Tim (in the second pic) were there to welcome the mascot.
sorry i missed ya man... got hit by a car on the way into the shop and was not able to make it! stoked to see the banner when i get in there tonight!!!
Joe...Sorry to hear about you getting hit by a car. I hope you are alright. Understandable that you werent able to make it out. Let me know about moving the mascot forward. I might take a trip with ya!
Joe & I PM'ed with regard to me riding out to help it along. As I don't know the "next" destination, I'd be willing to help it down the road a few hundred miles.
Today's looking real 'iffy' but Saturday the wife and I put some miles on the bikes. Absolutely a fantastic day to ride. Decent weather and I could be counted on for a meetup halfway to South Bend or so.

Awesome, I had a great ride yesterday too. It was a little breezy but nothing I couldn't handle!!! Agreed, today it's raining pretty good here.
Are you talking about next Saturday, Dec. 3rd? I'd be up for that if Mother Nature is halfway decent.
Haven't heard from Joe since the initial post, hope he's healing well. If we do this, do you have a halfway point in mind? Based on the weather we'll play it by ear regarding the time.
Friday I just had my 25k service done so I'm good to go.
