Default Electrical Problem possibly simple

Hello All, New user here looking forward to getting you know you. Now the problem. Just shipped my 05 sporty cross country. When dropped off everything was fine I was told the battery would be disconnected and the fluids would be drained. I checked everything added fluids where needed and checked the battery (wasn't disconnected)everything is good but.... when I turn on my key there is nothing no clicks no lights nothing. Wondering if there is something they do when they ship them to disable the electrical otherwise open to any suggestions out there. Thanks in advance for the help.

First off... Welcome aboard....

Please take a moment and post an intro in the NEW MEMBERS SECTION at your earliest...

Under the left cover is a 30 amp fuse that was probably pulled out, it is your Maxi-Fuse....

Please refer to your owners manual....
