Yesterday I installed new handlebars on 2003 FLHRI. I struggled a little with the throttle and Idle cables. Lots of jiggling back and forth. Today when ready to test ride, the bike wont start. All lights work, turn signals work, horn works, starter turns over but it just won't start. I notice that when I turn on ignition I do not hear the whine of the fuel pump. Checked all fuses, none are burned. Looked at all electrical connections I could find relative to fuel sensor/pump.
Is it possible I separated an electrical connection up under the fuel tank? Battery was disconnected for about 24 hours. I have looked in the service manual for all connections under the headlight nacelle where I was tinkering with the handlebars. None seem related to the fuel or starting system.
I also checked for stupid, the kill switch is on, thus the starter turning over.
