Most will say just slipons no tune needed
Unfortunately HD Closed loop sucks
I would get a tune at the very least
Dyno maybe not so much.
But a good PCV and canned tune will work wonders on the CFR,s

Most tuners dont like the CFR, they are hard to get tuned correctly, so i have read
Jamie and Fuel Motto can get you hooked up
Good investment for future mods as well

I just finished a stage 1 on my Ultra Limited using CFR's, K&N and Power Vision ! with Jamie suppling the map. I also installed a de-catted head pipe. Jamie hit a home run right out of the box! No decel-pop, good power and torque. The bike runs like a different bike, much cooler and noticeable more power. I've just started to do some fine tuning using the auto tune feature.
