Wrong map trigger bad start?
Got slip ons with air cleaner and mapped with FuelPak. Can a wrong map cause the bike to start with difficulty? It could be the battery but exploring other ideas too.
The bike has little hesitation before starting up. Even after I've been riding it for over 30 min. If it's the battery shouldn't it have charged it by then? So if you shut it down and start should fire right up?
Sounds to me it's not getting enough fuel or air or something. Or bad starter??

Did you have this problem before the upgrades and new map?
Have you checked the battery voltage with a multimeter before, during and after start up?
Have you done a cold cranking compression test? Too little compression also creates hard starts.
