Turn signal problems... HELP!

I just relocated my rear turn signals on my 2001 FXSTso I could put on a removable back rest on itand now my left side signals don't work (front and back) andwhen I turn on the bike the right side signals flashes 4 times and the security light on the speedometer says on. I checked the wiring and everything seem correct. Could I have screwed up the TSSM unit and if so can it be reset or anything? I'm going to take it to the dealer ship but just wanted to know if anyone else has had a problem like this.

Check your ground connection & make sure your bulbs are good.
