How to open throttle plate on drive by wire models?

Wasnt sure if that would damage something. Wanted to ask before I tried it. I gently pressed on the throttle plate and it didn't seem to want to move.

by federal reg, the throttle must be spring return if the circuit is broken.
the tps and plate act like a wheatstone bridge. a wheatstone bridge will always try to find balance so if the tps sends 3volts out, the plate will move till the it balances out at 3 volts, once they are syn, they stay put. remember the old outdoor antenna rotors, same principle.
