Woods 777 cams and a fp3

Has anyone tuned a 103" with this setup. Seems to not run much better than it did with stock cams. I'm wondering if the fp3 is limiting power gains.

Well FP3 is part of the problem. Did V&H give you a canned tune for the Woods 777? Also, I dont believe the Woods 777s are good at stock compression. You need to be at 10.5:1 minimum for them to get up to their potential. Then I would can that FP3 and find a good tuning shop.

I downloaded the base map and then have done a bunch of auto tuning. Plan on doing head work so that's why I went with the 777s.

You don't say it's not running good...maybe your expecting more from a cam only upgrade then it will give you?? You can also send your auto tuned map to V&H and they can look at it and tweak it if needed, then send it back to you to download and flash. I'm sure if you call them they'll suggest the same.
