FP3 autotune question.
- enter autotune
- get plenty of hits
- hit Apply
- get plenty of hits
- hit Apply
- get plenty of hits
- hit Finish
- save Finished tune into a slot
- Done.
So that was a total of 3 separate autotune process/run/session/series of learned cells on the hits screen/call it what you want
ADD: if you want to... you could do this two times, and have two saves tunes. Then manually compare the VE tables between them to see how much difference there is between them. Not much difference then you are probably as good as you will get. Don't be surprised to see some differences tho, and this is the bit about chasing your tail

Deciding on your AFR table is a manual thing that comes later in the tuning process ...if it needs to be changed at all. Different people pick different numbers for different reasons.
If you are tuning one of the V&H maps then they have already changed the AFR table to 14.3 everywhere low load and 12.9 everywhere else (or along those kind of lines) - leave it like that.
If you have tuned a copy of your stock map then you will still have the stock AFR table - download a V&H map (doesn't really matter which one, their AFR tables are all the same for your bike) and save it in a different slot, then manually
set your AFR table to be the same as the one you downloaded.
