I guess I poked the monster. I put everything back together and now I have hard codes P 1510 P 2127 and P 2138 at least they are hard and not intermittent and all I need is TSB to find the actual issue. $ 225.05 and 7-10 days to get service manuals. Does anyone have the info I need. Your help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
Assuming you have cleared the codes and now have new codes logged, right?
If you have cleared the historic codes...
Suggestion, try leaving everything opened up but plugged in. See if the codes come back.
The pinched wire is certainly suspect and has been found to be the culprit many times.

Problem Solved. Bad factory crimp connection at ECM. Brown connector housing. #14 pin GY/W wire TGS2. Used HD 72666-12 terminal. I didn’t know you could get wiring diagrams for you bike at HD.com. Enter your vin and go to town. Thanks Bob. Did just that. Left everything open and kept clearing codes till I found it. Pulled damn near every wire in that TGS and TCA circuit till I found it
