I have an 07 Nighttrain that I had the stage one and powercomander put on and hooker troublemaker pipes. Now when I drive for about 20 minutes or more so the bike is good and hot, it will not restart until its cools down. Which usually takes about 15 minutes. When it does restart the check engine light comes on, but the bike runs fine. I took it back to the dealer and they said that something was off with the programming and it was starving for fuel. I got it back and the same thing all over again. I was hoping maybe someone else has ran into this and might know a direction to look into on it. The bike never stalls out but once its hot it is hard to get started again.
