Well it sounds like my software wasn't up to date and when it popped up to do a firmware update the two weren't compatible. At least that's what was suspected. Was supposed to send the T-max in and they would take care of it. Unfortunately the owner of the bike was out on a ride last night and missed a corner. Dead on impact. 26 years old. I was good friends with his dad also and we lost him the same way 2 months ago. Thanks for the responses to this thread and attempting to help us fix it. Wish I could give a resolution to this. Be safe out there everyone.
