Dynojet PCV issue

Dynojet PCV issue
I recently purchased a Dynojet PCV for my 06 FXSTI thinking I can easily replace the Cobra fi2000 that was installed when I bought the bike. The settings got jacked on the Cobra so I set them back to the original configuration and the bike hasn't ran right since. I went through the motions for installing the PCV disconnecting the Cobra, turned on the ignition hit start and nothing. Connected the Cobra back up and it ran, but I think the two have to be conflicting with each other.
I need to know how can I run just the PCV eliminating the Cobra? I have just a stage one kit on the bike eventually stage two that's another reason I bought the Dynojet. Any help out there would be excellent.

Is the latest dynojet software on your computer and does the pc5 have the latest firmware update?
