I just bought a 2007 CVO Road King. Bike has Rhinehart duals and I just put on a SE heavy breather. The previous owner already had a Power Commander V installed. The seller told me that after having a custom map made the bike was too much to handle so she had it returned to stock. I obviously like to party so I went to the DynoJet website and uploaded their map for this combo. (I don't have access to the custom map that had been made). After adding this tune from DynoJet I could tell a difference when ripping on it.
I have read a few forums and discussions mentioning an Accelerator Pump feature in which you can get a little more throttle response and apparently this makes a good bit of difference. Is the accelerator pump feature another download? Is there a somewhat generic setting I can then set the accelerator to to make a little gains without doing a bunch of tuning? Basically just looking for a starting point I suppose.
I think its under tools or something when on your laptop and plugged into bike. Once turned on there is like 3 settings, one being sensitivity, like how much twist before getting extra. Duration and amount I think are others. I forget what I have mine set at but you could search it with my name and possibly find settings i used or other's. I kinda combined others to come up with my own.
