Default New Map for T-Max

Just downloaded the newest version and want to plug a new map in. Since I'm not looking at the manual, couple of questions that somebody might be able to answer for me:

1). What do I have to clear before loading the new map to the module, the CLP Offsets and the Learned IAC. Or can I just load it in and go with it?
2). Mentions that the bike has to be cold before starting, just how cold does it have to be, like after sitting all night or several hours of cooling down?

I'm guessing that the procedure is similar to the intital loading, but not sure.

Just looking for any help, I could look in the manual when I get home, but am curious if there any pitfalls I should watch for? Thanks!
