So i found an ecm at a stealership. He changed it out. Said iac is reading right now. Dynoed it, then the bike started doing the exact same thing. Theres $600 and a month down the tubes. He said he used a voltmeter to check the ecm.
Hes baffled. Im baffled. Im gonna switch out the SE TB to an HPI unit, same dimensions and hope that fixes the issue 🤞🏻🤞🏻🤞🏻

I am sorry to hear that - I tried to steer you away from replacing it. Like I said previously I would like to see the map they are using. Your mechanic is in over his head whether its mechanical or mapping.

what year and model is your bike?? I have seen some ecm failures, but they are not along your lines either. I want to know what year your bike is in order to understand what the configuration is to try to send you in the correct direction.

Big Thanks to everyone here, especially Ed. The problem was the TB was for an 06 and up. My bike is an 05. Ed figured out that the IAC wiring has 2 wires that are orientated differently. Quick swap of the wires and good to go. Pretty disappointed in my mechanic who sold me the TB saying itll work but not ensuring everything was cool with the wiring. Also disappointed in myself for not knowing better and getting the correct parts.
