I just got off the phone with the tuner who tuned the bike and first presented the issue to me. He recalled the same thing I did and that was when the data was compared of the good runs on the dyno, and the ones that fell off, the timing, TPS and the fuel (BPW) remained the same! So while there is something going on with this bike there is more that's not known then it being a TTS Speed Limiter issue.
so where do I look? I agree it strange that after we plugged the speed sensor back in it started working right but, I can not duplicate the unlimited condition on the road. the dyno logs show the speed drop off while rpm climbs. I checked the clutch but there is no evidence of slippage. It looks new. i sent you the dyno logs also.

If what you stated above is TRUE then its a driveline issue! If RPM increases and Vehicle speed drops something is slipping!

This is bothersome..
You say here that the speed drops off while rpms climb and you checked the clutch with no evidence of slipping. That is really an impossibility. How did you check the clutch?
BTW I assumed that "5600rpm@131in 5th and 5100rpm@131 (in 6th?)" were valid readings. The first isn't. With stock gearing, 5600 RPM in 5th should be about 125 on a bagger. 5100 in 6th would be about 134 (close enough)

I pulled the clutch out of the motorcycle to physically check for heat damage and the I have a chain drive conversion verified speeds with gps.

Here is the dyno data graphed! IT'S SLIPPING on the dyno too! Nothing at all to do with Speed Limiter!

You won't get heat damage unless the clutch is completely gone. My DX would blow through the clutch at about 4500 up. Pulled it apart and everything looked fine. The hint that the clutch is slipping is that your primary oil turns black. Still it can slip on the power stroke and still hook up on the up stroke. You won't feel that.
