need more info. is it rpm limiter or not obtaining speed?
dyno is a tool but does not necessarily follow real world spec's.
while the dyno does use a mass to calculate power, id does not factor in loads that are in the real world like ambient, wind resistance, road conditions and etc.
the computer uses sensor input to adjust so there can be a wide diff especially so if sensors are skewed.

It is not a dyno problem, it is an ecm problem. On the dyno it goes 165mph@7000rpm. on the road it goes 131mph@5100 rpm. Wind and road resistance isnt going to slow it down that much.

We've got no issue running race bikes at 167 MPH down the straight away on the track with the same tuner, so it's not an issue with the tuner. Look at your recorded data and see what the injector pulse width and timing are doing. As long as they are still going along the same then your just flat out of power.

definitely not out of power! You told me there are limiters in the back ground we don't have access to, but I guess only the big name racers get the fixes, seeing you have ghosted me since telling that.
