I have recently got a Power Vision for my 2009 St.Bob. The Map that Fuel Moto sent me will not load - it says "Error Writing Tune". However, I was able to download another Map from DynoJet. Also, I have the Auto Tune with Wide Band Sensors and I don't think the program is picking up the sensors - the sensor voltage just stays at 5.10 volts. I have the feeling that it is something simple that I am over looking but at this point I am just frustrated. I have an SOS sent to Fuel Moto but have not heard back yet - just thought I would reach out to the forum. Thanks
the auto tune w/ wide band sensors also requires an additional module and the sensors are installed in your pipes.
do you have the wide bands installed in your pipes, along with the stock sensors?
there is also a specific entry process for all this. I'm just asking some basic questions to make sure that you are set up correctly to start.

Thanks those were some quick replies. Since I posted I was able to get their (Fuel Moto) map to load. In the program it says the program name can only be (12) characters - I shortened the file name and it loaded. However, still having problems with the sensors. Yes, I have the Wide Band Sensors with the Auto Tune Module. I did not "add" the sensors - I replaced the existing sensors. And to tell the truth ....I screwed up. My intent was to get the "target tune" but apparently ordered the "auto tune" by mistake. If I can get it to work properly I may just Auto Tune and leave it alone - it is not like I need a super tune, I was just looking for something a little better than what I have,
I have the Autotune system. Leave your stock sensors hooked up to the bike.
the WB O2s will go in through the autotune module to the Power Vision. Basically, the PV Autotune system records data from the ECM and the WideBands to generate a new map.
Fuelmoto has some videos on this, watch them. It is a simple setup once you understand it. I highly suggest a fanny pack to put you PV and Autotune system in while riding unless you have a luggage rack w a bag to put it in. Cable management is key with all the extra cables for sensors and the PV and the Autotune going through the Y adapter to the Ecm port. I didnt use saddle bags because the lifs crush the wires.

So everyone is on the same page here:
You have the Auto Tune Module (uses standard DJ maps) not the Target Tune Module (that uses modified maps.)
(Yes, there is an Auto Tune Module, and with or without it the PV uses auto tune sessions to tune the bike with.)
You have an 09 with the larger 18mm narrow band O2 sensors (non-heated) which are the same size as the wide band sensors. ( newer bikes use the heated 12mm narrow band sensors.)
So when you hooked up the Auto Tune Module you replaced the existing narrow band sensors with the wide band sensors, which could be done easily without need for any modification on a stock pipe.
(Some aftermarket pipes would have bungs for both the 12mm and 18mm sensors, so those who have them could have both installed if they used the 12mm narrow bands. Others choose to install a second set of bungs.)
The Auto Tune unit will help you tune the harder-to-get areas like full throttle much easier then without.
I ran the Auto Tune Module first, then removed it and put the narrow band sensors back in and ran tuning sessions to fine tune areas like cruise and idle.
Talk with Fuel Moto about it.

Today is a new day - however, still have the same problem. Let me go over it again because even reading it back I was not real clear.
I have a new Power Vision for a 2009 Dyna. I got the Auto Tune Pro feature with the Wide Band Sensors and Two Channel Auto Tune Module. I have a 2-1 exhaust which accepted the 18mm sensors no problem. Right now I am not even trying to run a tune - I am just setting up the gauges. When I go to the O2 sensors voltage they read 5.10 volts with no change (even after being warmed up). Also my engine light is on and when I use the PV to check the code it say O2 sensor high (or something to that effect).
