New PV3 on my '22 RGST from FM. Using their base tune I went out for some auto tune runs. First run was about 15-20 minutes and I "applied values". Second run about 15-20 minutes. I went to apply values again and the screen popped up with "Error Code: 420 DJT info fail, file may be corrupted". I tried a few more times and got the same error. Tried turning off auto tune and got the same error. Only thing I could do is reflash the base map FM sent to me. Haven't done anything else since. I have an email to FM about it and waiting for a reply.
Any ideas while I wait for a reply email from FM?

Nope. FM is working with me and Dynojet on it but no resolution yet. Im frustrated beyond belief on it. I cannot get past any AT sessions and can only run the stock tune or FM modified tune that needs some serious tweaking with AT, plus bike stalls when the engine is up to temp and I come to a stop unless I keep blipping the throttle while stopped. Constant 420 error any time I try to do anything. Google turns up zero answers for a 420 error code and Dynojet doesnt list a 420 error on their website.
Firmware is 3.33 dated 2/2. Factory reset the unit and still get 420 error.

No idea yet......I ended up sending it back and getting the PV-3B. Dynojet and FM have been working with me on trying to figure it all out as they can't put a finger on the 420 code. I've tried multiple firmwares per their request and the same issue keeps happening. PV-3B is working perfectly, as expected.
Dynojet said they will update me once they get the actual unit in their hands for diagnosis.
