Which brings me to a question that perhaps someone can help with. My 2001 FXDL Low rider Twin cam 88 starts then dies. I place the ignition switch in the ignition position, the Off/Run switch to Run, the check engine light will illuminate for 4 seconds then turn off, then I hit starter switch. The engine runs for a few seconds then dies. If I flip the Off/Run switch to the off position then back to Run, it will start and then die again. If I try to start it without cycling the Off/Run switch, it will not start. It is not a fuel flow problem. I replaced the spark plugs and placed spark testers on each plug wire. With the ignition switch in the ignition position, the off/run switch in the RUN position the engine will start, I see the spark then it loses spark and the engine stalls out. Once again it will not start again unless I recycle the Off/Run switch. My first thought was the crank position sensor. Took it out and it was clean, no sludge. Second thought is the bank angle sensor in the TSM, however, the starter functions and the bike has not been over the 45 degree limit. As far as I know the Bank Angle sensor will also prevent the starter from working as well as the coils but that isn't the case here. Could it be the MAP sensor? I'll be checking the ECM today to see if it's throwing a code.
I'd appreciate any input anyone can provide.

Hard to read on a phone.
Most can only process in short bursts.

Look at the plugs to see if they are wet, if the bike still has a vacuum controlled petcock the diaphragm may be punctured.
