Removing baffles

How much difference would it make to remove the baffles after a Stage I tune?
I have an '06 night train, and it had the SE high flow kit, and the vance and hines and a stage I HD tune. I then went home a few days later, and took the baffles out. Any opinions, or suggestions?

You'll loose some bottom end torque with the baffles out for sure. It' will run better if you keep the baffles in the mufflers

Dang Dude! Ya do all that cool stuff and tune it. Then turn around and scramble the whole thing.

Reducing the backflow changes the whole fuel air mixture. That tune job you just paid for from HD,
which was EPA lean to begain with just got a whole lot leaner. Your torque just got shot to crap.
