True story:

I installed my PC III earlier this month. It was fine for the 1st 2 days. On day 3, I started my bike and it sounded horrible. Since I'm not a wrench and have very little skills, I could only explain the sound as if only half my engine was working. I had to turn my bike off and on as many as 15 times to get it to start up correctly. I called Dynojet and they told me to take the PC III out of the loop and see if the problem still exists. Sure enough the bike fired up correctly every single time. I put the PC III back in the loop and sure enough, half my engine was working.
I took my bike into the dealership just to make sure I wasn’t having any electrical issues and to make sure it didn’t have any engine codes. The mechanic was baffled and said with the PC III in; only my front cylinder was firing (See I was correct in my own little way). Instead of telling me I had a bad PC III and I shouldn’t have bought it on Ebay; He disconnected it gave me a stage I download FREE. He told me he felt sorry for me that I had spent a lot of money on the PC III and it didn’t work. He told me the PC III was in my saddle bag and good luck.
I called Dynojet and since I bought the PC III brand new and that serial number had not been registered, I was covered under my 1 year warranty. I sent the PC III back and they are sending me a new one.
The surprise of this story is, as tight as my dealership is, I got a stage I download absolutely FREE! I don’t think anyone knew he did this but me, but what a FREAKIN’ DEAL!
