From my '08 elec diagnostic manual: P0134 = Front O2 sensor open/not responding/high (whatever that means).
Under General: A DTC P0134 is set when the front O2 sensor circut is open or too cold to respond.
Check the following:
Poor connection
Dirty/stuck open injectors
Loose O2 sensor
Loose leaking exhaust
Engine misfire
Poor connection details: Inspect the ECM harness connector (78), fuel injector connectors (137, 138) and O2 sensor connector wiring for backed out terminals, improper mating, broken locks, improperly formed or damaged terminals, poor terminal-to-wire connection and damaged harness.
I know nothing about the PCIII hookup. Assuming your O2 sensors are now decorative thanks to the eliminators, it looks like it may be worth checking your front eliminator connections.
Joe did you ever fix this issue. I keep popping a p0134 every 100 miles or so it seems and clears. I have checked the elimantor and it seems fine and reset it just in case. I am in 100 degree weather with no rain or water so I don't think it's a water issue. I guess I can try and switch them and maybe read them out. Wondering what you came up with.
