Trouble code

Hi,ran my new build for some breakin miles,and when going to about 4k RPM engine check light comes on,when RPM are down light goes off,no misfires or anything like that,code is P1353,front cylinder no combustion,any idea how to fix?Rear plug darker than front plug if that makes a diff,bike is an 04 FLSTFI

Thank you,will buy new wires,plugs and gap at .040,not riding now too cold,hope it takes care of it.
