Scanalyzer
I have a 2000 Ultra and it runs rough at idle, especially when it's cold, I have to milk the throttle until the IAC can keep the bike running. After it warms up, it runs better but when you crack the throttle, it stalls then revs. I have access to a Scanalyzer until t'morrow. Nothing is showing up on the Scanner, no codes etc, nothing on active diagnostic either. Does anyone know if I can have the bike running and use the Scanner? Maybe that would show other parameters?

It's the M/M injection. I ran the bike with the scanalyzer...no codes. Still runs rough and hesitates. I think I'll check fuel pressure next. BTW, it seems to be pooling oil/gas mixture in the throttle body after i've run it. But I can't find any streaking on the intake valves. [:@]

reset your throttle position sensor, and then go through the hot and cold idle set up, if this doesn't fix your problem, check fuel pressure and possibly replace the IAC motor.
(while checking the TPS, make sure the butterfly shaft has not broken, as this is a common problem.)
