ENGINE WILL NOT FIRE
Hey I know this is a prev. post but I have I problem> HELP!!! I was riding just like normal, parked my 2003 Fatboy and tried to start later on. Would not start, Engine turns over but no Fire. Changed Spark plugs, and spark plug wires and the Ignition Coil. Still no start. Any tips or something I'm missing. I even replaced the Battery

Fuel, air, and spark. I would check for spark first by removing a plug, connecting the wire, holding with a rubber or heavy leather glove, and cranking the engine. If spark is evident, go to fuel. Trouble shooting in this arena varies depending on FI or carb. Air is simple. Check to make sure there are no obstructions in the intake (clean air filter) or the exhaust. If you have fuel, air, and spark, then you have a timing issue. This can be anything from ignition, fuel injection, or valve timing.

Well I checked if I'm getting fuel and air, I'm good on those. I did the spark plug check, and there is no fire from either spark plug. Thats what led me to replace the spark plug wires, coil and battery. also I checked the fuse box, no blown fuses. Could it be the voltage regulator?

A friend had this same problem. His was due to a faulty kill switch on his right handlebar. Loosen the switch housing and wiggle the wires. The try to start with the switch still hanging free.
