Are you running a Tmax or a DTT or have some way of checking AFR on the go? Determining the max time a injector can be open is more determined by the engine speed,intake and injector flow rate at a given pulse widththen the injectors ability to stay open length. I am not sure how long the injector can be open before a over heat/failure but I am sure you are not near it. Question is more if the pulse width is withen intake engine speed parameters. And I am sure you are fine. This can be checked easy enough by AFR readings in load ranges you ride in.

I am using a sert with a head quarters pro tuner on my new 113" build and I was not sure and a little concerned if the stock injectors could support it. The build I am told should produce in the area of 120hp and 130tq. I have not had it on the dyno yet but plan to do so in the next few weeks. I guess if they are maxed out I should see it in the a/f ratio on the top end.
