Go to the help section in the tool bar of the SERT under 'program failure' and follow the procedures to recover the ECM. If this doesn't help take the ECM out and take it to a dealer, they can put it on a donor VRod and give birth to the ECM with the Digital Tec, or you can take your bike in then a donor isn't needed.
