Default Help with bolt on gone wrong...

I bought chrome control covers on ebay, brand new, I put everything together the exact same way that it came apart. When I turned my bike and did a test ride, every time I turn to the right the throttle cable tightens and revs my motor. Can anyone think why this is happening and how I can fix it. I have a 1995 Dyna convertable.

Adjust your idle cable a little looser. It's the one closest to you when you're sitting on the bike. After you adjust it, turn the bars full left and full right, roll on the throttle a little and make sure the throttle snaps closed when you release the grip.

You need to check the routing of the cables too. If they bend too much they'll be sensitive to turning the handle bars.
