i had the new 25* injectors installed today. my stock ultra had no problems prior to install, i just wanted alittle more fuel to help with lean condition. mpg was 36-38 prior to the upgrade. i will update on any changes in mpg or running condition later. i hope everyone else that has had the upgrade completed can update us on their findings. my dealer did the upgrade with no problem, it took about ten days to get the injectors in and a 1.5 hrs. shop time to complete the work with no change to the ecm.

I had the 25° CVO injectors installed on Monday the 6th. I have the Stage 1 on my bike and they said no new map was needed as the remap they did with my SERT a couple of weeks ago worked fine with the new injectors. It seems to run good and it fixed my cold start problem. I tried it out Tuesday after I got home from work and it fired over and ran on the first try.

Wow thats crappy gas mileage. I get an average of 42 - 44 around town and 47 - 48 on the highway with my 06 Ultra, SE Air filter SE Pro mufflers and SERT. I was pulling 45 -48 mpg out of my 05 FLTHCI that had Stage 2 done to it. Maybe the oil companies are sticking the hog to you in your neck of the woods.
Just had the 25 degree injectors installed.
Bike starts well when cold and idles smoother than before.
Seems to have more grunt when you jump on it.
NOW THE BAD NEWS.
Alot of vibration at lower RPM. I don't have a tach on the FLHRI,
but the RPM are a lot higher than I like, before she smooths out.
Bike will have stage 1 , with SERT, and dyno later this month.
Hope that will take care of the problem.
o.k., here's a update with about 100 miles put on the ultra since the new 25* injectors upgrade. still running about the same maybe pulls alittle stonger now, no colds starts or stumble but never did with the 8* injectors. mpg stayed about the same @ 36 mpg around town. i did do the 1000 mile service prior to getting the injectors swapped with mobil 1 and redline tran. and primary. i think the real tell of the tape will be during the summer heat.
I also had the new injectors installed today by the dealer and it solved my problem.
The problem I wes experiencing was no matter how long I warmed up my new 2006 Night Train, it would sporadically miss and hesitate for several minutes. After this brief period, it ran fine. I never had any cold starting issues. The dealer was very professional and the new injectors were in stock.
