Floodng on startup?&nbsp\\; Does it run good once it starts?&nbsp\\;Do you have access to a SERT? I am thinking bleeding injector that floods the bike with fuel&nbsp\\;as it sits.&nbsp\\;

ok heres what its doing..i go out when the bike has been off for about 3,4 hrs. the bike is cold. i start the bike and it will run but if i were to shut it back off and try to restart it again it wont start and it just floods the plugs. now this is all happening while the bike is cold..if i start the bike and ride it say 10miles the bike is good and warmed up and if i shut it off and then restart it ,it will start every time.. its only when i start the bike when its cold and shut it down before its warmed up that it has the problem..it all started when i went out the other day and started the bike but i forgot somthing in the house so i shut it off and went in and came back 40 seconds later and started the bike again, it flooded and it will flood every time if i dont let the bike run till its fully warmed up..

I sort of agree with WB. The first things I would look into are a stuck/sticking pressure regulator, then stuck/sticking injectors. If both plugs get fuel-soaked, look to the regulator first. Since it will start and run, I would fill it up on top of a small bottle of Techron and run it through. It sure will not hurt anything, may free up the fuel-handling components, and will require nothing in the way of tools or disassembly. Failing success with that, I would check the fuel rail pressure.

&nbsp\\;&nbsp\\;&nbsp\\;&nbsp\\;&nbsp\\; I'm also following this tread for a friend with a 04 Road King who claims is breaks up and looses power at times . I cleared code P0108 for her . Rode it and it was fine , but she said it's doing it again .

Do the same experiment but without an air cleaner. I think the injectors should spray one quick shot then wait for cranking. If one just keeps shooting, you found it
