Default How do I take this off?

I want to adjust my handlebars so I think I need to take the ignition switch out to get at the triple tree. What the best way to do this?

Get a manual....

Seriously.....

A screwdriver, the barrel key and some patience for a first timer.....

Put the key in the ign. lock... Roll to Access..... Underneath the switch housing is a rectangular pin... press that pin in while you turn the key in the lock and swing the ignition switch to the off position... Easy Peasey..... Yeah, Right...
