Fuel Injector or Connector Problem?
I was installing a dfo to see if I could improve my performance. I unplugged the fuel injectors and installed the dfo. The bike ran on one cylinder and the engine light remained on. I deinstalled the dfo and reinstalled the fuel injector conector and the bike ran again on one cylinder again. I've had this happen before when I ran a dfo and it turned out to be I believe the connector or something to do with the injector. Anyway it cleared up after I unplugged and plugged the connector multiple times. Now the problem reoccurred as explained above. Is there a way I can test the injector and connector to know if that is the problem? Can an injector go bad on a bike. I had one go bad on a car one time and the same symptom is occurring here. The bike is an 05 fatboy. I can take it to the dealer, but I sure would prefer to fix it myself. The bike ran fine before this problem occurred. Thanks for any advice.

I think that I would put it all back the way it was. Pull the Maxi Fuse, dis-connect the battery for 15 minutes, then reconnect battery, and Maxi-fuse. Seems like I read some where that it may reset the system.
