Default backfire 2008 FXDL V&H 2-1 Stage 1 Air SERT

Help!!!! Really need some expert advice. I have searched the forums and since my dealer dyno tuner dude is throwing up his hands...
2008 FXDL
Screamin Eagle Air intake/K&N filter
Vance & Hines Big Radius 2 into 1
SERT
5 dyno trips I don't know the map since I didn't get that from the dealer.

Getting backfire between shifts normal acceleration and occasional backfire and lots of decel pop. Hard acceleration not as much backfire, lots of decel pop. Ambient temperature impacts both backfire and decel pop.
This morning riding to work temp high 50's and humidity 32% (high for Arizona) One backfire and little decel pop. Riding home last night high 70's low humidity and too many backfires and lots of decel pop. Dealer has checked pipes for leaks found none. Detuned from original dyno run and doesn't seem any better.

If anyone has a SERT map for this setup I would appreciate it or ideas for ideal AFR.
I gotta get this adjusted. I can live with a little decel pop, but don't want to have any damage from backfire.

Anyone else running this combination without problems???
Thanks,
Greg

I am just throwing this out as I am curious if it will make any difference...
I notice my decel popping does not happen if I actually roll off the throttle instead of letting it coast when shifting and decelling. Curious if it would make a difference in your case. Probably won't cure all, but it seems to make a difference on mine.

Are you sure the dealer actually tuned the bike? True Duals and 2:1 exhaust are really pretty easy to get the decel popping gone. This is also assuming there are no intake leaks and no exhaust leaks. I have had (3) 08 bikes on the dyno lately that all had intake seal leaks. The mechanical system integrity has to be 100% before a good tune can be done.

The decel "popping" is caused by unburnt fuel exploding in the exhaust. This can usually be fixed by throwing fuel at or taking fuel away at the zero percent throttle position on both cylinders 1750 RPM's and above. You don't want to change your tables below 1750 RPM's as this will effect your idle.

More than likely your bike is running a little bit lean, causing it to run hot, gas ignites at 1100 degrees, so if your pipes are hot, when you let off the throttle, "raw" fuel is entering our exhaust and igniting in it causing the "pop". Hope this helps. I have Screamin' Eagle race tuner and super tuner maps from bikes that I have tuned (over 1000), i'm sure I could help you out if you would like.
