I pulled a couple of codes off my bike and matched them to the list of error codes. Now what do I do to correct the following codes.
B1121(TSM) Left Turn Output Fault
B1121(HFSM) Left Turn Output Open
B1122(TSM) Right Turn Output Fault
B1122(HFSM) Right Turn Output Open
I'm pretty sure these are caused by the LED turn signals. The signals work fine so I'm not to concerned. Or should I be?
U1016 Loss of ECM Serial Data
Is this code because of the TMax replacing the factory ECM?
I only have just the one that came with my Kuryakyn panacea taillight. I never added a second one when I installed all four LED turn sigs. The Kury TL harness has a plug for a second LE, do you think will help eliminate the error code?
Since the turn signals work fine and you don't report any running problems, I'd say these are "history" codes being displayed. Clear the codes by accessing as you did before but this time hold in the reset button until it reads "clr"; if they do not return, no problem! If they do, THEN proceed with the LED fixes causing the reappearing codes...
i found out it is a feature that makes the speedo, odometer and turn signal cancel stop working
it is a loss of serial data from the Tmax and it is a known bug that has not been resoved yet.
I just wanted to know how to display the codes and reset them. It is not in the owners or service manual.
