ECM Problem?

ECM Problem?

2000 Ultra Classic, Runs fine going down the road. Shut it off and let it sit for about a 1/2 hour will not start, Let it sit for about an hour, starts and runs fine. Does this sound like an ECM problem? Ignition modules do this, but this does not have an ignition module. It is in the ECM.

fuel pumps do that also...

Fuel Pump Pressure is around 48.

When this does not start. There is no power to the ignition coil. Shovelhead Bob thinks the ECM is heat sinking. I agree with him. Has anyone else experienced this?

this may sound strange but after I got my bike from the dino it would do that same thing. I pulled off the seat and the vent line was mashed from the seat, after looking at the service manual there is a breather . If that is pluged up you will have a vacum no fuel till the vacumn is gone.
