kill button NOT SWITCH wiring
I purchased a new chopper with hd factory controls on them that are black. I purchased a set of new chrome controls with buttons on them only. Open circut buttons until it is pushed to connect like a starter button. I have the srarter hooked up, and the horn. I do not know how to go from a continous circut switch which just interrupts the flow circut, to a kill button. I have some ideas but don't want to damage my ignition. I have no points, ... help thanks Rich

Magneto has points , at least all the ones (3) I have had did. 2 wire kill button grounded back underneath the tank area is how I always did it. Watch the gap on the points as they wear the gap starts to close up and the engine gets very hard to start and will run poorly at lower rpms. Had a 113" evo motored rigid frame kick only no battery magneto built chopper , so I was very in tune with that one on all the possible starting issues.
