Hook up the test light as I mentioned above. (Make sure you hook it up between the cable and battery terminal, makes no difference which terminal) If it lights up, start pulling 1 fuse at a time until the light goes out. If the light goes out when you pull a particular fuse out, start checking everything in that is on that fuse. That's a good starting point.
