I recently replaced my battery for my 2007 FLHT, I did not buy a harley battery but bought a Motorcross Platinum Battery Part #M6230X, (battery warehouse) I installed new battery and bike won't start, just clicking sound when I hit the start button. I checked all fuses and there all good, I recharged the new battery overnight still just clicking noise when I hit starter. I know it could possibly be a few things like starter and such, but I'm wondering if anyone has experienced this and maybe had some good advice. Now I will say that when I recharged the new battery light goes green on charger but when I try to start bike light goes red right away. Any guidence or suggestions would be appreciated.
Put a volt meter on the battery and watch it as you crank the motor over. It shouldn't drop much lower than 10.5-11 volts during cranking if the battery is fresh. Also, you should have at least 12.3 or more volts on a good battery.
I must ask, what did you use to charge the battery - a trickle charger or battery tender? If so, those will not charge a battery that is below a certain voltage and you will need to use a regular battery charger.
I bought a new charger today from harbor freight and the battery warehouse traded the battery for a new one, it's on the charger for now and I'll try when fully charged, I'll let you know what happens, I'm hoping it was the old new battery? I did stop by the neighborhood garage and they tested old battery and it showed no charge, but when I got to battery warehouse they showed a charge of 12.7 volts? Well if the new battery doesn't do it I know it's something else on the bike.
It was not though the old battery had been dead in the past, I kept on a trickle charger but If if forgot to hook up after riding the battery would be dead the next day thats why I bought the new battery.

Sounds like you have something draining your battery then. Hook one cable up to your battery and hook a test light in between the other cable and battery terminal. If the light lights up, you have something draining your battery.
