Default codes

I just loaded a new map into my bike for the first time with sert. used 1690 stage 3 map it has arc turned on.
I am getting 2 error codes after I loaded map. P1655 and P0031. I cant find these codes on any codes sheets I have seen posted in the site . anyone got better lists to tell ne what they are. I will have to turn arc off since I haVE MANUAL decompression releases, didnt have the right jig at dealer to do hole in center of head. sert doesnt show any error codes in codes section when I scan.

Generically listed...

The P0031 is an air/fuel sensor code low voltage. P1655 Starter Disable Circuit Malfunction

Maybe this will point you in the right direction??

Do you know how to clear your codes by use of your handlebar switches?

If not, do a site search on codes. That info has been posted many times and it will tell you how to do this, if this is what you are asking.

What I meant was what was wrong for it to throw that code. I can clear mine but as soon as I start the bike the red light comes on again.

Have you changed your pipes? If so, look at your sensors for a loose plug or broken/skinned wire could even be a bad sensor. If not, see your dealer for warranty repairs.

All the code means is that the ECM is not reading the proper voltage from an 02 sensor.

I installed Jackpot slip ons about two months ago and the light just came on yesterday. Per the instructions I unhooked the O2 sensors. Maybe I should call Jamie at Fuel Moto.

There was no need to unhook the 02 sensors when just changing our mufflers. You need to hook them back up, if you already have then make sure they are plugged in correctly and are sensing the correct exhaust tube. That's why you are getting the code.

I'm sure FM will tell you the same thing.

I called Jamie at Fuel Moto and he stated to leave the O2 sensors unplugged and suggested I check all the pins on the PCV. Gonna go do that now.
