I'm working on 2010 wide glide. Software was installed correctly, At least it updated. I've never established communication with the bike. I read in one of the files that hooking the USB cable to the computer first, before hooking up the com port, sometimes works. I must have gotten bad one. Went out and tried the com port under the side cover again and it took. It was good to see it establish communication. After that it was straight forward. Took the bike for a ride and like everyone else, I noticed the bike runs much smoother, much more power. Now if I could just figure out how to set the idle down few hundred RPM.
